The compact building footprint combined with lightweight modular kitset construction, makes it ideal for compact and sloping sections which have difficult access for trucks and cranes. This could be a suburban back or front yard, or a remote location in the bush or up a mountain. ​

The CEDE-54 is a super flexible building which could adapt and change with an evolving family. It could be and an office / studio while the kids are young, which then transitions to a teenagers / young adults room, to an Air BNB, to a granny flat and then back to an office.

The CEDE-54 can function as a self contained dwelling or be connected to your existing home via a link bridge.
